Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Quality Inspector.  Â
Job Description:
- Role encompasses all facets of Inspection in a Precision CNC manufacturing environment. This includes 1st piece and Layout Inspection, In-Process and Final Inspection.
- Maintains the traceability of documentation and all objective evidence related to production.
- Assists in the selection of gaging to maximize repeatability and reproducibility of measured parameters. Â Â
- Assists with the development and execution of PPAP’s.
- Supports the completion of First Article Reports (AS9102) while collaborating with Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Performs incoming material and part inspection along with verifying associated documentation for conformance and preparing inspection packages.
- Candidate must possess a working knowledge on a wide variety of inspection methodologies, including standard hand gages, Optical and Form systems along with CMM operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications and standards and a strong GD&T skillset
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience conducting Gage R&R Â
- General CMM Programming skills using PC-DMIS Â
Pay Range:Â
- $20 – 27/hr, depending on experience
