A growing civil and geotechnical engineering firm is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and expand its operations in Nashville, TN. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to becoming the Business Unit Leader for the region. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, business development acumen, and a passion for building strong client relationships in the civil, transportation, airport, and construction materials testing (CMT) sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the civil, transportation, airport, and CMT business in the Nashville market
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Prepare proposals and oversee active projects from inception to completion
  • Supervise field and lab staff, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to drive regional growth
  • Ensure adherence to ASTM, AASHTO, TDOT, and CMT standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, transportation, airport projects, and materials testing
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, TDOT, and CMT protocols
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
