  Selectek is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in construction management and scheduling. For this role it will be essential that the PM have a background with Aluminum Metal Panels. This role involves leading multiple projects annually from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

  In this role it will be essential that candidates have an understanding of estimating. This will mean that all applicants are proficient in blueprint reading, take-offs, estimating, and pricing. In addition, scheduling of jobs will be very important. This will mean candidates should be skilled in workflow scheduling and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple construction projects annually, from award through completion.
  • Review estimates, take-offs, and architectural/structural/civil drawings to ensure understanding of project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Identify and execute value engineering opportunities to optimize project profitability.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation teams to meet contract requirements and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain organized and detailed documentation of all project-related correspondence.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive project schedules and updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in contractor, architect, and owner meetings, teleconferences, and web conferences to address project status, changes, and issue resolutions.
  • Drive monthly revenue and optimize project billing.
  • Analyze job performance reports to identify cost deviations and recommend corrective actions to upper management.
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering
  • 3 plus years’ experience as a project manager overseeing construction projects and acting as the go between for the end client and internal departments.
  • 3 plus years of experience with ACM projects
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience with MS Project for scheduling and project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in pull-planning techniques

Preferred:
  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Bluebeam experience

Pay Rate: $33.00-$38.00
Term: 6-month temp to perm OR Direct
