  • Location: Lakewood, CO (80228)
  • Pay Rate: $32.69 - $38.46/hr | Direct Salary: $65K - $80K
  • Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Direct
We are seeking a Project Designer with a background in HVAC and MEP design to join a growing engineering firm specializing in commercial and food service projects. This role will focus on designing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD, with the opportunity to train on Carrier HAP or Trane Trace calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for commercial buildings
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project design
  • Assist with food service design (training provided)
  • Collaborate with project teams and travel 10% of the time (one day every two weeks)
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in design or BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-7 years of design experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
