Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer projects from start to finish in Hiram, GA. This direct-hire role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage equipment design, build, and commissioning projects while ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.

Position Highlights:
  • Salary: $80K-$100K (Based on experience)
  • Full-time, on-site (No remote work)
  • Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts
  • Travel: 1-2 weeks per month (home on weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects from post-sale through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and risks
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives
  • Monitor and control project scope, ensuring quality deliverables
  • Provide regular status reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 3+ years of project management experience in equipment or construction projects
  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain within a year
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
