Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of capital projects from planning through execution, handoff, and evaluation while ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance. The Project Manager will lead contractors and engineers, manage project health.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate major capital projects, including expansion and equipment installation.
  • Lead and coordinate contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure project safety compliance (Avetta, EH&S) and promote safe practices on all sites.
  • Prepare and review contractor bids, scopes of work, invoices, and change orders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines using Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, or similar tools.
  • Oversee project handoff to operations and support evaluation phase for long-term success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project/Program Management, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management with demonstrated success managing capital projects in manufacturing.
  • Experience in capital expansion construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software; SAP and Lean principles experience preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
