Job Description
Our client, Dallas, TX, is looking for a Project Manager responsible for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, their teams, and prepare strategic plans for project success. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

Term: Direct Hire
Payrate: $95k - $105k (Depending on experience)

Required:
- 8+ years of design experience.
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Experience in multifamily, mixed-use or student housing construction
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, or similar design applications
Preferred:
- License preferred but not required
