Job Description
Searching for a Project Manager responsible for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, their teams, and prepare strategic plans for project success. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Required:
- 8+ years of design experience.
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Experience in multifamily, mixed-use or student housing construction
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, or similar design applications
- License preferred but not required

Originally from Alabama, Christy moved to the Atlanta metro area as a teenager. Prior to starting her career in recruiting, she owned several of her own companies in the service industry. This experience helped by teaching her the balance between sales and “taking care of the client”. Christy entered the staffing industry in 2005 on the administrative side of the business. In 2008, she operated as a full-desk recruiter and was convinced this was to be her future career. She came aboard at Selectek in 2018 and couldn’t be happier with that decision! After a decade of working in both recruiting and sales, she is now solely on the account management side. Christy fully enjoys the long-term relationships she builds with her clients and assisting with the client-employee connection is her passion. When Christy is not in the office and as a lover of music, she can be found at just about any concert venue around town. She loves adventure, is an avid traveler, and explores new places each year with her family.
