Project Manager – Capital Projects
Carrollton, GA | $130,000 | On-site, 4+ days per week

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of major capital projects, from planning and execution through handoff and evaluation. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on schedule, and within budget while leading contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale capital expansion and equipment installation projects.
  • Lead and coordinate contractors, engineers, and project teams.
  • Prepare and review bids, scopes of work, invoices, and change orders.
  • Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and timelines using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Procore.
  • Promote and enforce safety compliance across all sites.
  • Oversee project handoff to operations and provide support during evaluation for long-term success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project/Program Management, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of project management experience (10+ preferred) with a proven record of success in capital construction projects.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects of $100M+, ideally within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software; SAP and Lean principles preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification a plus (not required).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Role Details
  • Salary: $130,000
  • Reports to: Director of Capital Projects
  • Direct reports: 1–2 Assistant Project Managers
  • Work setting: On-site, Carrollton, GA (4+ days per week)
