Job Description
Selectek has an immediate need for a Project Manager in Avilla, IN. In this role, you will manage projects from the concept to installation of custom machinery working for a major heating treatment plant. This is a hybrid work-from-home opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Pay and Wages: $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary
Benefits: 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days

Responsibilities:
- Interface review and evaluate project requirements and schedules with applicable managers
- Prepare and update various reports for management utilizing multiple software packages - Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Prepare project schedules and checklists
- Coordinate control and instrumentation requirements with electrical engineers
- Coordinate mechanical requirements with mechanical engineers
- Communicate with clients as necessary regarding project status and unpaid invoices
- Assist with field service scheduling and trouble shooting
- Author and coordinate with Customers for submittals and O&M manuals
- Schedule and lead reviews throughout the project timeline
- Communicate with sales, operations, customers, contractors, and end users
- 5+ years industrial or manufacturing machinery experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Multi-task, prioritize and deal with interruptions to bring to successful completion complex assignments while meeting deadlines
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with various software - Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
- SolidWorks experience is a plus
