Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA

Do you thrive in a challenging environment where you can lead and deliver successful construction projects from start to finish?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed according to contract documents and plans, within budget, and on schedule. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, primarily focusing on educational and commercial construction.

About the Role:
  • Project Leadership: You will lead projects from inception to closeout, overseeing all aspects of design and construction.
  • Client Management: You will manage client expectations and needs throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular meetings and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: You will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and using agencies.
  • Contract Management: You will acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of plans, specifications, and contract documents, managing all contractual obligations.
  • Financial Management: You will assist in budget development and management, review payment requests, validate invoices, and manage project funds.
  • Problem Solving: You will proactively identify and address potential project challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in the construction field as a Project Manager or Quality Assurance Manager for educational or commercial projects.
  • Educated Professional: You hold an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or Construction Management from an accredited university.
  • A Strong Communicator: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized & Efficient: You are highly organized and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing the full range of a construction project lifecycle.
  • Experience with various project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM@Risk).
Additional Info:
  • Term: This is a 6-month temp to perm opportunity
  • Pay Range: $34.00 - $46.00 per hour based on prior experience
