Job Description


We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. In this role, you will manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, RFIs, procurement, project financial projections, and scheduling for a commercial concrete construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract administration, including change orders, submittals, RFIs, procurement, project financial projections, and scheduling
  • Lead and supervise direct reports, delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback
  • Utilize critical thinking to solve problems and drive project success
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, and Sage

Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction
  • Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, and Sage
