Job Description
Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a Water Resources Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hybrid work from home position.
Requirements:
Pay and Wages: $75,000 - $105,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
Benefits: 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering OR 5 + years’ experience designing water resource projects
- 3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
- Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal design projects, etc.
- Experience with water treatment and/or wastewater treatment design, combined sewer overflow consolidated design, and municipal program management
- Experience with Civil 3D or related software
- Project management responsibilities including monitoring scope, budgeting, staffing and production of assigned water resources projects.
- Work with clients to pursue project funding through available funding agencies while following funding agency practices and policies.
- Prepare and contribute to portions of water resources project proposals, change orders, client contract and communication pertaining to specific projects.
- Generate water resources designs aligning with the most up to date design standards.
- Research and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
- Complete design quantity computations and checks for opinions of probable construction cost.
Pay and Wages: $75,000 - $105,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
