Job Description

Selectek is currently looking for a Project Manager with electrical construction experience to manage jobs in the metro Atlanta area.

This is a contract to direct opportunity.

Required:
  • 3 plus years of work experience as a Project Manager in construction for commercial and electrical industry.
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Pandera Software similar products like Procore
  • Identify man hours – whether it is underground, conduit, low voltage, trim out
  • Work daily with the superintendent and GC to be on time and budget
  • Daily paperwork – reports, timesheets, communications with all parties and invoicing
  • Change orders
  • Purchasing weekly materials and inventory on existing materials for job
  • Communications with all parties keeping project flowing on time and budget
  • Understand and keep up with Codes
  • Manage Staffing on job and for vendors
  • Manage spending, progress and forecasting on job
