We have an opening for a Project Manager – Architecture in Cincinnati, OH. Job Description
We have an opening for a Project Manager – Architecture in Cincinnati, OH. Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of planning and execution for multiple projects and must be comfortable working independently while directing the efforts of assigned support staff. This company is a General Architecture Practice with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. As such, our PMs regularly work on a wide range of building types and are required to lead project development across all design phases.
Required:
- Bachelors’ Degree or higher in Architecture from an Accredited College or University.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture post graduation.
- Professional Licensure in Architecture is preferred. Consideration may be given to candidates seeking or qualified to obtain Professional Licensure.
- Proven success leading multi-disciplinary project teams on a wide variety of building types.
- Revit in the production of construction drawing is a must.
- AutoCAD and Sketchup is plus.
- Proficient in Technical Specification Writing required.
- Experience with all aspects of Construction Administration, including construction observation (jobsite walk-through), pay app review, preparation of change orders, conducting and attending job-site meetings, and project close-out.
