Job Posting: Project Engineer (Direct Hire)

Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and civil engineering background in Private, Public Site, and Civil Engineering Design. The Project Engineer will work closely with multiple project managers to provide design and engineering support.

Location: Sarasota, FL 
Salary: $75K - $85K (depending on experience)

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Current FL Engineering Intern (E.I) and valid Driver’s License
- Software experience with MS Project, Modret, ICPR (storm water software), AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Exposure to or a desire to practice in the discipline of Private and Public Site and Civil Engineering Design, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal Capital Improvement Projects
- Familiarity with Local, State, and Federal Permitting Agencies
- Proficient in verbal and written communication and competencies
- 2 years of experience

Nice to Have:
- Software experience with MS Office, WaterCAD
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Enthusiasm for generating and pursuing business opportunities
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
