Job Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, coordination, design, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management and land planning.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing project schedules and forecasts
  • Coordinating and reviewing engineering deliverables
  • Generating monthly project status reports and change orders
  • Conducting civil engineering calculations, plans, designs, layouts, and specifications
  • Reviewing shop drawings and construction documents
  • Utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in project engineering
  • Proficiency in land drainage and experience with Hydro-CAD (TR55)
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to manage project schedules and forecasts effectively
  • Experience coordinating and checking engineering deliverables
  • Familiarity with construction documents and engineering reports
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
  • Previous experience with land planning projects
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software

Hourly Range:
  • $30/hr. - $40/hr.
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid schedule available
