Job Title: Project Coordinator 
Location: Kennesaw, GA

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project documentation and vendor/client communication across design, supply-chain, manufacturing, and construction teams. This individual will play a critical role in driving digital execution and maintaining efficient document control processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate document transmission and vendor documentation using Procore and ACC Build.

  • Manage submittals, invoicing, purchase order data, delivery documentation, and turnover deliverables.

  • Support development of bid packages and route design drawings in collaboration with document control team.

  • Create and maintain standardized folder structures and ensure proper user access within Procore.

  • Update and manage the Procurement Status Report using MS Excel for daily and weekly tracking.

  • Expedite documentation, delivery schedules, and track vendor progress against contractual milestones.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve document control processes, including archiving and retention workflows.

  • Ensure on-site personnel are capturing and routing field documentation correctly in Procore.

  • Generate and present weekly expediting reports for internal procurement meetings.

  • Create monthly checklists/scorecards to track performance of document control and expediting activities.

  • Conduct audits of project drawings and prepare reports on overdue submittals for project prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Document or Project Controls.

  • Proficiency with Procore or other document management platforms.

  • Understanding of supply-chain/vendor practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders.

  • Self-starter mindset with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
