Job Description

The Opportunity

Support a Project Manager on large-scale wireless/telecom deployments by owning document control, database updates, and schedule/communications tracking. You’ll keep the project engine running—ensuring records are accurate, stakeholders are aligned, and milestones hit budget and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain document control and electronic project files; upload/pull artifacts across client databases.

  • Manage RFDS and other customer data systems; ensure records are accurate and current.

  • Update project trackers and client-facing dashboards; flag risks and slippages early.

  • Coordinate team communications (meeting notes, action items, follow-ups) and attend daily/weekly deployment calls.

  • Track status across scopes; provide concise status reporting on what’s done, what’s next, and blockers.

  • Support project schedule/budget adherence through diligent data entry, audits, and variance tracking.
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project administration experience (1+ year as a Telecom Project Coordinator in wireless strongly preferred).

  • High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training/education may offset part of the experience).

  • Proven data analytics & data entry skills with high accuracy.

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filters).

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

  • Ability to maintain organized, auditable records across multiple systems.
Preferred/Pluses

  • AT&T Project Scoping Coordination experience.

  • Direct experience in wireless/fiber telecom, ROW, or small cell project work.

  • Familiarity with client tracking databases and RFDS workflows.
Type: 6+ month contract (long-term expected)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8–5 (flexible start as early as ~6:30 a.m. ET)
Location: Remote (must work Eastern Time hours)
Compensation: $27.00–$31.25/hour (W2)

Work Authorization & Screens

  • No sponsorship available; U.S. citizenship required.

  • Background check (10 years) and 10-panel drug screen required.
