Job Description


Selectek is seeking a Project Controls Professional to provide solid forecasting, field progress measurement, reporting and subcontractor progress review.

Required:
  • At least 10 years of construction and project controls experience emphasis with field progress measurement
  • Specific experience in Earned Value progress measurement including quantities and man hours
  • Experience with exporting resources from Primavera P6
  • Experience working on large projects collecting progress and actual hours from subcontractors
  • Experience with validating installed quantities in the field for various disciplines
  • Experience developing three-part progress charts
  • Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls field progress measurement
  • High proficiency with MS Excel

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management-related degree
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting
  • Primavera P6 resource loading
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new applications
  • MS Office Suite

Pay range: $50 - $70 per hour depending on experience
