Job Description

An industry leader in engineering and construction is seeking a Senior Project Controls Professional to support a high-profile biopharmaceutical project. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge semiconductor, data center, and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of four in cost control and project tracking.
  • Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules.
  • Manage Earned Value Measurement (EVM), forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Oversee Total Installed Cost (TIC) reporting and change management.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of experience in project controls, preferably in BioPharma EPCMV projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Oracle Unifier.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting.
  • Experience with EVM, risk management, and cost engineering.
  • Familiarity with Pharma clients (Merck, Eli Lilly, J&J, etc.) is a plus.
Job Details:
  • Location: Conshohocken, PA (onsite, occasional WFH on Fridays).
  • Pay Rate: $70-$110/hr.
  • Term: Contract through 1/30/26, likely longer.
  • Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • Work Attire: Business Casual.
  • Background Check & 7-Panel Drug Screening Required (No THC).
