Job Description
Searching for a Project Architect responsible for detailing plans and developing projects of medium to large scope and able to work under minimal supervision. Will work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator on a dynamic project team interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.
Required:
- 6+ years of design experience.
- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Experience in multifamily, mixed-use or student housing construction
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and similar design applications
- License preferred but not required

Originally from Alabama, Christy moved to the Atlanta metro area as a teenager. Prior to starting her career in recruiting, she owned several of her own companies in the service industry. This experience helped by teaching her the balance between sales and “taking care of the client”. Christy entered the staffing industry in 2005 on the administrative side of the business.
