We have an immediate need for a Project Architect in Alpharetta, GA.

Job Description:
  • Project team lead in preparation on documents
  • Lead the coordination with outside consultants/team members
  • Specification writing - Review drawings and other project information to write and edit project specifications.
  • Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
  • Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies
  • Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
  • Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
  • Oversee a medium staff of architects and technicians and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
  • Prepare project documents, including building code research and documentation of requirements

Required:
  • Architect with 7-10 years experience or more
  • Bachelor's Degree from ABA-accredited institution
  • Certification as a licensed professional is required
  • Architecture software (Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUP)
  • Ability to independently perform assignments
  • Comprehension of construction systems and methods
  • Understand the documentation and production of instruments of service and develop, organize, and review building plans

Preferred:
  • Project management tools (Word, Excel, Bluebeam)
  • Current/Previous leadership experience of staff and internal project team.

Location: Hybrid – Columbus, GA / from home

Pay range: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and education
