We have an immediate need for a Project Manager in the Richmond, VA area.

Job Summary:
Will travel to AMF client job sites to oversee coordination and completion of projects.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects: Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.
  • Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. 
  • Manage project budgets to ensure expected margins are achieved.
  • Manage project timelines to keep on track and raise awareness when there is an issue.
  • Managing the customer relationship as the single point of contact.
  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Managing large and diverse teams on customer sites, including Millwrights, Mech & Elec.
  • Coordinating installation staff and internal resources for Project Execution
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Ensure customer invoices are sent at the appropriate times and follow-up payments
  • Driving actions to complete punch lists as quickly as possible
  • Develop risk mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Creating project review reports for engineers and leadership
Required:
  • 5+ years’ experience in Custom OEM equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Conflict Resolution skills
Preferred:
  • Food and Beverage industry experience
Salary:  $100-$110K
Duration:  Permanent
Location:  Richmond, VA
