Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor.    

Summary:
  • Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches, and other types of surveys.
  • Interpret and draw utility as-builts.
  • Perform detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
  • Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
  • Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
  • Communicate with teams to make sure job completion is up to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) or Professional Surveyors & Mappers (PSM) License
  • Experience in AutoCAD or Civil 3D

Pay Range:
  • $90 – 115k, depending on experience
