Job Description
Selectek is searching for a Production Planner to help with production, materials, and inventory management. This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity in Indianapolis IN.
Required:
- Planner/Scheduler reviews order requirements for actual and forecasted sales, and plans and schedules the orders, parts, and components, etc. in the most cost-efficient manner
- Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely manner
- Manage inventory, and purchase orders
- Communicate with clients and vendors
- Schedules demand according to lead time or customer requirement
- 5 plus years of experience in a production planning/materials control function or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Excel or any planning software’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 (Depending on Experience)
Term: 6 Month Contract to Direct Hire
