Product Sales Support – Newnan, G

Our client has over 65 years of innovation and excellence in the products they manufacture. Their Newnan, GA location is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join the team.

This is a hands-on,  role supporting our Sales and Product teams. You’ll help configure and modify filtration systems, manage shipments, and provide technical support to customers. This position offers room to advance into a Product Specialist or Sales Manager role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and Outside Sales to configure products to customer specs
  • Research materials and design build requirements
  • Modify in-stock filtration units to meet project needs
  • Identify and source mechanical/electrical replacement parts
  • Maintain and manage rental fleet of filtration systems
  • Prepare shipping documents for domestic and international projects
  • Receive and document incoming shipments
  • Support Warehouse Manager with order prep and logistics
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Proactively assist with cross-functional tasks and projects
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2+ years in a technical role
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Mechanical aptitude highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and shipping platforms a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation (after direct hire)
