 Product Sales Support Newnan, GA

Our client  is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Product Sales Support Specialist. This dynamic role blends customer interaction, product configuration, warehouse work, and technical support—all within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and modify filtration systems to meet customer specs
  • Research and source materials and replacement parts
  • Deliver top-tier customer experience through technical support and proactive service

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years in a technical role
  • Strong oral/written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with ERP, CRM, Adobe, and shipping platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; organized and able to multitask under deadlines
  • Preference for candidates early in their careers with a strong desire to learn
