Job Description

We’re hiring a Product & Fulfillment Specialist (Inside Sales) for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Newnan, GA. This position supports technical product sales in a growing global manufacturing company. If you have 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment — this could be your next move!

What You'll Do:
  • Support customers and outside sales reps with quotes, orders, and technical info
  • Process orders and manage ERP/CRM systems (Aspect 4 & Dynamics 365)
  • Communicate with customers across the U.S. and Europe
  • Help drive sales campaigns and manage distributor accounts
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2–3 years of inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Manufacturing or technical industry background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems (SAP/Aspect 4 a plus)
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and sharp organizational skills
Compensation & Perks:
  • $50,000–$70,000 base salary DOE
  • Annual bonus (~1 month salary)
  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision
  • HSA, 401(k) with 10% match, generous PTO, Costco/Sam’s Club membership
  • M–F 8am–5pm, potential for hybrid flexibility after ramp-up
