Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Material Manager to start working with a client of ours in the Abilene, TX area as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain and planning of all inventory.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
  • BS Degree in business or supply chain with a minimum of five years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation in a manufacturing environment
  •  Proven record executing quantifiable cost reduction initiatives.
  • Advanced experience collecting and analyzing data from ERP/MRP
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  •  Excellent communicator including facilitation, written, and verbal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Just-In-Time practices (JIT), Min/Max, Reorder points and other inventory planning methods
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $120k - $150k
Term: Direct Hire
