Selectek has partnered with a growing engineering client in the Buffalo, NY area that is looking for Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to manage projects which includes field work, design, and construction admin services. Â
Required:
- BS Mechanical Engineer
- PE preferred but EIT is acceptable
- 10+ years of experience in fire protection and plumbing industries
- Manage projects from concept through construction including, budgets and schedules
- Client facing including business developmentÂ
- Review codes on plumbing and fire protection systems complete fire protection hydraulic calculations
- Mentor Junior Engineers
- AutoCAD and RevitÂ
Job order details: The candidate must have Revit and AutoCAD experience and be able to design and manage projects. They will be working on hydraulic calculations for fire protection and codes for plumbing and fire protection.

Salary Range:Â $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary
Location of job: Prefer Buffalo, NY but they have fifteen location in New York State (open to Rochester, Albany, Ballston, Binghamton, Elma, Elmira, Glen Falls, Jamestown, Ithaca, New York, Potsdam, Poughkeepsie, Syracuse, White Plains)
Hours and shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Work from home:  Prefer someone in office  - open to hybrid 2 days
Working remote: Not preferred but negotiable
Travel: in New York
Work attire: Â Business Casual
