Job Description

Join a growing engineering team in Franklin, TN as a Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer supporting projects in education, senior living, hospitality, and commercial offices. This full-time, in-office role offers hands-on design work under the guidance of senior engineers with opportunities to contribute from concept to construction.

Key Details:
  • Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), wellness perks, bonuses
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of P/FP design experience (not fire alarm)
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and knowledge of NFPA codes
  • Experience with domestic water, gas, and drainage system sizing
  • Associate degree or ASPE CPD/CPDT preferred
  • Must work 100% on-site (no hybrid or remote)
