Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Piping Drafter/Designer to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to go direct hire within 6 months of your start date. The ideal candidate will have experience generating construction drawings and working with CAD software to design structural frames, piping isometrics, and vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate construction drawings for structural frames, piping isometrics, and vessels.
  • Perform structural 3D design using SolidWorks.
  • Create piping isometrics using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
  • Perform P&ID red-line revisions in AutoCAD.
  • Design vessels using SolidWorks.

Schedule:
  • Enjoy a super flexible work schedule!
    Core hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Employees can decide when to come in and leave around those hours. Most team members finish their work before lunch on Friday. For example, work 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday, and finish any remaining hours on Friday. Then go home and enjoy your weekend!

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks).
  • On-the-job drafting/design experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Structural 3D Design.
    • Piping Isometrics.
    • P&ID red-line revisions.
    • Vessel Design.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Direct Hire (within 6 months)
Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience
