Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on PLC Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to support large industrial rotating equipment and burner systems. This is a direct hire role with significant travel (80–100%) and major earning potential through overtime and double time, plus daily per diem.

Job Details:
  • Location: Based in Louisville, KY
  • Pay: $25/hr + overtime/double time + per diem (food & travel covered)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
  • Travel: 80–100% (Road Warrior role)
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Remote/WFH: No

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a PLC Technician
  • Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC troubleshooting
  • HMI development knowledge
  • Strong E&I troubleshooting and blueprint reading
  • Experience with large rotating machinery or burners
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn
