Job Description


We are currently working with a client that is looking to hire a PLC Programmer with a strong technical understanding of automated equipment engineering and robotics.

$33.65/hr. - $48.08/hr. / ($70k/yr. - $100k/yr.)
6 Month Temp to Perm
Verona, WI area

Required:
  • A strong technical understanding of automated equipment engineering
  • Prior experience programming Allen Bradley, Omron, or Siemens PLC’s
  • Prior experience with machine motion control and vision systems
  • Fanuc robotics programming is highly preferred
  • Experience designing and engineering controls systems for machine automation
  • A solid background in custom automation and robotics systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Machine PLC and HMI programming
  • Design and engineer controls systems for machine automation
  • Perform and/or supervise electrical panel assembly
  • Perform and/or supervise wiring of machinery
  • Machine trouble shooting and debug
  • Machine mechanical assembly as needed
  • In the field machine set-up and debug
  • Machine remote modem set up and trouble shooting
  • Generate new ideas and increase company productivity
  • Create and maintain electrical parts inventory to support new and existing machines
  • Perform installation of plant electrical systems at company facility as needed
