Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Director to start working with a client of ours in Quakertown, PA as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for managing operations, administrative, and quality staff to optimize internal processes and day-to-day fieldwork efficiency.

Required by Client
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proven experience in managing staff and overseeing P&L responsibilities
  • Over 5 years of experience in people management
  • More than 3 years of project management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of meter-proving technologies, calibration techniques, and industry standards (HB44)
  • Experience with both greenfield and brownfield geographic expansions
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Field or Measurement Engineering experience

Pay Rate: $175k - $200k
Term: Direct Hire
