OSP Permit Specialist – Fiber Optic Infrastructure
  • Location: Canton, GA
  • Pay Rate: $25/hr - $35/hr
  • Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Direct

We are seeking an OSP Permit Specialist to support permit applications and field survey data review for fiber optic infrastructure projects. This role focuses on quality control, preparing pole attachment and ROW permits, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and QC field survey data
  • Prepare and submit pole attachment & ROW permits
  • Use GIS software (ArcMAP, ArcGIS, Google Earth KMZ) to analyze and modify maps
  • Track and update permit submittals
  • Edit spreadsheets, PDFs, and maps as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Project management experience preferred)
  • GIS software experience (ArcMAP, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Land/pole attachment permitting experience highly desirable
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage permit tracking
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check & drug screening
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 role with occasional overtime. Immediate hiring – apply today!
