OSP Construction Manager - Immediate Need! 

An innovative engineering and design firm specializing in telecommunications, utilities, and electrical services is seeking an OSP Construction Manager to oversee and manage fiber optic network construction projects in Ft. Bragg, CA. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction of fiber optic cables, conduits, poles, and telecom-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of OSP fiber optic projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with cities, counties, and local utilities
  • Lead construction staff and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
  • Recruit, hire, and train inspectors and coordinators
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and resolve project issues

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an OSP Project Manager in fiber optic construction
  • Strong knowledge of fiber optic testing equipment and procedures
  • Familiar with OSP construction standards, codes, and safety practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites

Details:
  • Location: Ft. Bragg, California
  • Pay: ~ +/- $50--$56/hr
  • Travel: Required within the local market
