Job Description


We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer, who will be responsible for leading both projects and staff to deliver projects of a high quality and timely manner in the following areas:
This is a contract to direct opportunity in Alpharetta, GA.  

This role in office in Alpharetta GA - No Remote option.

Required:
  • Architect, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise class wired and wireless networks.
  • Consults with customers in pre-sales solutions engineering role.
  • Escalation support for Network Technicians
  • Help Desk Support and experience with Troubleshooting
  • 2 plus years of experience
  • CCNA  or CWNA  certification a plus
  • Must have Experience with Ruckus Wireless equipment in a production enterprise environment
  • Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong Layer 2/3 understanding
  • Strong 802.11 WiFi and RF fundamentals
  • Network services such as NTP, DNS, DHCP, etc
  • Experience with low latency applications such as voice and video
  • Strong IPv6 skills
  • Self-motivating and self sufficient
