As a Mission Critical Construction Manager, you will oversee internal crews and subcontractors on active data center sites, coordinating electrical, mechanical, structural, BMS/EPMS, and controls upgrade scopes. Projects range from small-scale controls enhancements to large, complex, multi-trade retrofit initiatives. • Ensure all work is executed safely and champion a strong safety culture
  • Provide technical guidance in electrical, mechanical, structural, and controls scopes
  • Read and interpret one-line diagrams, P&IDs, BMS controls schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and closeout
  • Deliver daily construction progress updates and coordinate with project management
  • Assist in RFIs, submittals, site logistics, as-built documentation, and bid/RFQ support
  • Coordinate site access, badging, and stakeholder communication
  • Participate in client and subcontractor site walks
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of Mission Critical/Data Center construction field management experience
    • Recent grads will also be considered for junior CM roles
  • Experience working in live data centers and managing crews in active environments
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades
  • Ability to:
    • Read/interpret one-line diagrams
    • Interpret P&ID and BMS controls diagrams
    • Interpret electrical drawings and understand power flow
    • Follow and coach LOTO procedures
  • Familiarity with BMS and EPMS construction, integration, and commissioning
  • Knowledge of construction safety and quality best practices
  • Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (6AM start) and travel when required
  • Ability to pass a background check (AWS background may also be required)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Preferred:
  • OSHA-30 certification
  • Prior experience with Power Distribution Controls or automated control systems
  • Experience supporting AWS data center environments (not required)

Why Join This Team?
  • Multiple openings with immediate start dates
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects for a major cloud provider
  • Ability to grow into PM/CM hybrid roles or technical controls-focused positions
  • Willingness to train Construction Superintendents into CM roles
  • Work within a long-standing digital infrastructure and data center delivery team
