Job Description
Our client, in Tempe, AZ, has an exciting role for a Mechanical Engineer that will be working with semiconductors. The position is with a firm that has a strong background in the industry and established clients.
Candidate should have a background working with Industrial or Advanced Technology projects such as Semiconductors.
The role will require experience in mechanical and process systems ranging from simple to complex, including facility HVAC, process piping, exhaust, and hydronic systems. Tool install experience is a plus. Position requires preparation of P&ID drawings for various systems, construction specifications, sequence of operations, testing documents and engineering reports. Fundamental understanding of basic building code requirements is essential.
The role will not only focus on the Engineering design aspects for the process systems, but also will grow into a position that works with General Contractors and on-site Client interaction to ensure the implementation of the Systems and Equipment are handled correctly.

Pay Rate: $37.00-$42.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Term: 6 Months Contract to Direct Hire

Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineering.
- 5 plus years of related Engineering experience for Semiconductors, Advanced Technology Facilities, or Industrial Facilities.
Preferred:
- EIT
