Join a large-scale industrial expansion as a Mechanical Engineer supporting the design, optimization, and implementation of new equipment and systems inside a high-volume manufacturing facility. This is a 3–5 year contract offering stability, challenging engineering work, and long-term project exposure from concept through execution.


What you’ll be doing

  • Design, review, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment

  • Develop and support prototypes and engineering modifications

  • Perform mechanical analysis and troubleshooting for plant equipment

  • Interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with engineers, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve system issues

What they’re looking for

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3–5 years of mechanical design engineering experience

  • Strong CAD/CAE skills (Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar)

  • Experience with design reviews, optimization, and applied engineering analysis

Details

  • Pay: $58–$60/hr (OT paid at time and a half)

  • Location: Crawfordville, FL (south of Tallahassee)

  • Schedule: Flexible options (9/80 or 4x10s available)

  • Type: Long-term contract (3–5 years)

  • Work Environment: On-site, business casual, minimal travel
