Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Develop engineering designs, including detailed shop drawings and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales and R&D to fulfill mechanical design requirements and innovations.
- Liaise with external vendors for outsourced components, ensuring quality steel, aluminum, and wood sourcing.
- Provide on-site support for project installations, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Participate in a dynamic design team, contributing to the evolution of product designs.
- Create precise CAD drawings, facilitating effective customer presentations and production processes.
- Generate accurate Bills of Material, supporting project accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-departmental teams to meet project specifications.
- Address inquiries from Vendors and Fabricators, ensuring clarity and efficacy.
- Resolve technical and scheduling challenges across departments, adapting strategies to meet project timelines.
- Maintain updated mechanical system documents reflecting both "As-built" and "As-installed" conditions.
- Produce comprehensive Operation and Maintenance manuals for delivered systems.
- Embrace additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to team synergy and project success.
- Associates or BSME degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in either Solidworks or Solidedge.
- Familiarity with PDMworks, facilitating efficient data management.
- Strong grasp of basic mechanics and mechanical hardware used in material handling systems.
- Direct hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- Capability to comprehend and create detailed mechanical drawings.
- In-depth understanding of production processes, methods, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in resolving technical and schedule-related challenges.
