The Material Coordinator will provide support to the lead they work with by managing group schedule spreadsheets, ordering materials, providing bi-weekly project status updates using Primavera, attending project meetings, coordinating with project management on project schedules, etc.
- Microsoft Office experience- especially with Excel
- Prior experience with scheduling or material coordination
- Experience entering purchase requisitions for material needed
- Experience using project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
Duration: Long-term contract
