Job Description


I have a client located in the Birmingham, AL area that has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Supervisor.

They are looking for a 1st and 2nd shift supervisors.

Requirements:
  • 3 plus years of Manufacturing Supervision required
  • Manage department workflow to obtain optimum productivity.
  • Read and communicate blueprints/drawings and BOM to department employees.
  • Maintain proper employee discipline.
  • Communicate to employees concerning safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Monitors employee timecards in ADP and makes corrections, as necessary.

Additional Information:
  • 1st shift 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • 2nd shift 3 p.m. – Midnight.
  • You will manage anywhere from 10 – 30 employees.
  • The main focus and experience needed is employee management skills., The day-to-day duties are as follows 1. Help the employees meet KPI’s, 2. Help employees Stay on task, 3. Monitor arrival and departure times. 4. To Make sure the employees have the supplies needs for their shift. This is cell work not line manufacturing.

Pay Range:
  • $60,000 – $80,000k (flexibility depending on experience)
