 Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Are you ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client in Lawrenceville is seeking a Production Manager who thrives on driving performance, building strong teams, and ensuring excellence in production, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and supervise production staff to meet daily targets for output, quality, and safety
  • Plan and assign production schedules to optimize resources and minimize downtime
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to boost efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain production quality standards through clear procedures and consistent enforcement
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce
  • Monitor production data and generate performance reports to drive actionable insights
  • Collaborate across departments to address challenges and meet customer expectations

 What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma required; college coursework or technical training a plus
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven supervisory experience with a strong leadership style
  • OSHA Safety Certification required
  • CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CMS (Certified Manufacturing Specialist) highly desirable
