Job Description

We have a client in Lawrenceville, GA that has an immediate need for a Production Manager to ensure production targets, quality standards and safety protocols are met daily.
Responsibilities:
•    Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow. 
•    Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors’ employees. 
•    Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing requirements 
•    Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
•    Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards. 
•    Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and 
•    HS Diploma with 2 – 3 years of work in manufacturing  
•    Must have Supervisory experience
•    OSHA Safety Certification, Certification in Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM and Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) needed

Salary $65,000-$70,000
Lawrenceville, GA 
M-F-8am-5pm
