Job Description


We are currently working with a client to find a Maintenance/Facility Supervisor to be responsible for controlling the total maintenance of the facility including the building, grounds and all equipment. Conducting analysis of maintenance cost, performance measurements and continuous improvement efforts. Developing & operating within budget constraints. Training and development of personnel assigned. 

Pay Range: $70k/yr. - $75k/yr.

Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or facility management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated assembly equipment and injection molding equipment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with preventive & corrective maintenance procedures, documentation and programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Computer literate with experience utilizing a maintenance management software program

Preferred:
  • Technical degree in maintenance management
  • Previous experience with MP2 maintenance management software

Job responsibilities:
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing production machinery as well as facilities maintenance.
  • Directly responsible for developing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program within the confines of an annual budget.
  • Directly responsible to ensure maintenance practices and policies meet or exceed Quality System standards.
  • Will work closely with other department managers in problem solving, equipment selection, modifications, etc.
  • Responsible for providing a safe working environment, ensuring OSHA standards are met.
  • Comply with all QMS and EMS procedures and work instructions as they relate to your job description
