Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage the repair of equipment and facilities in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead dedicated small internal maintenance staff.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance program for production & facilities equipment.
  • Maintain service records of production and facilities equipment.
  • Troubleshoot & repair production and facility equipment.
  • Direct the maintenance, modifications, and improvement of utility services.
  • Assist and/or lead the acquisition of new production and facilities equipment.
  • Assist and/or lead the design of capital improvements.
  • Direct operator training of production equipment.
  • Develop and implement annual / 5-year facilities and maintenance budgets / plans.
Requirements:
  • 7 + years of experience with production equipment and building maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Hands-on experience with electrical components, CNC equipment, cutting and welding equipment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC
Pay range: $90,000 - $100,000
