Are you a seasoned Maintenance & Facilities professional ready to make a significant impact? Join us as our Maintenance & Facilities Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facility. If you're a hands-on leader with a knack for managing small teams and possess a strong background in maintenance and construction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a small, dedicated internal maintenance team to success.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and manage a proactive maintenance program for production and facilities equipment.
  • On-Call Support: Act as the point of contact for any production equipment and facility issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Service Records: Maintain accurate service records for production and facilities equipment.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Utilize your hands-on expertise to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
  • Capital Projects: Lead or assist in the acquisition of new equipment and the design of capital improvements.
  • Budgeting: Develop and implement annual/5-year facilities and maintenance budgets/plans.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in production equipment, building maintenance, or construction, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience supervising a small staff.
  • Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage subcontractors and third-party maintenance service providers.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in electrical components, HVAC, and general facilities maintenance.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, concrete, and site work.
Details:
  • Pay Rate: $95,000 Annual Salary
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
